JJ Chan is a California born, New York based prop stylist and set designer. They studied sculpture, performance, and video at Columbia, and bring a diversified approach to styling and art direction. JJ’s experience styling windows at Bergdorf Goodman also developed a highly detailed, crafting oriented sensibility. They enjoy working at all scales and mediums for still life, set builds, stop-motion, and production design. Each project is an opportunity to approach with detail and play: from the luxurious, surreal, or conceptual. Besides styling, JJ enjoys Muay Thai and bad karaoke, and lives in Brooklyn with their partner.
